简要说明 Descriptive Abstract

该设备是我公司在粉末罐装领域长期实践的基础上，摒弃原有转盘式喂罐设计理念，而全新设计的一款双工位罐装机。单排主辅双头充填系统和首创的喂罐系统，保证了高精度同时又去除了转盘式系统清洗不便的缺点。主要完成高精度充填计量工作。可与其它设备配套组成整套罐装流水线，适用于罐装奶粉、蛋白粉、鸡粉、葡萄糖、米粉、可可粉、固体饮料等。

This series machine is a newly designed type, which replaces the design of old rotary type auger filler but adopt new concept on its working principle. This machine has two times filling and innovated can feeding system, these guarante the precise filling accuracy, and also get rid of the disadvantange of difficult cleaning of old rotary type. This machine can combine with other machines to buildup a whole can-packing production line, which is widely used in packing products of milk powder, albumen powder, condiment powder, flour, cocoa powder, solid drinks, and so on.

10.固定式螺杆安装结构，罐装时不产生金属污染；

11.工作流程：进罐→托罐→振动→计量充填→振动→振动→称重反馈→补充填→检重、超差剔除→出罐；

12.带整线中央控制系统。
